The Grek-class Troop Shuttle is occasionally employed as a boarding shuttle, only if a dedicated combat shuttle was unavailable. Introduced at least by the time of the Battle of Yavin, the Grek Troop Shuttle saw use with the Imperial Navy, and was known to be included in a Nebulon-B Frigate's support craft complement. However, as this shuttle is available on the open market several defence forces are known to employ this shuttle as well. This shuttle is intended for general cargo hauling and non-combat troop transportation. |
