First, have the Interdictor Cruiser Restrictor activate
its gravity wells, then call for reinforcements from the Escort Carrier
Hawkeye.
The Dreadnaught Cobra and Interdictor Cruiser Restrictor
are not to engage the Rebel/Airam Task Force capital ships, instead they
are to keep their distance from them (like playing cat and mouse). Once
the Hawkeye arrives it would deploy its TIEs and join the Dreadnaught
Cobra
and Interdictor Restrictor. The TIE Bombers would be equipped with
proton torpedoes, they would keep their distance from the battle. The TIE
Fighters would let the enemy fighters come to them, and then they would
engage them. There would be one TIE Fighter squadron per enemy squadron,
except when it comes to the B-Wings. The reason for 2 TIE Fighter squadrons
on the B-Wings is to help quickly eliminate them. The TIEs would keep their
distance away from the Rebel/Airam Task Force capital ships. Once the B-Wings
have been eliminated, those freed up TIEs would assist against the X-Wings.
It would not take long for the TIE Fighters to eliminate the R-41 Starchasers
and come to assist against the X-Wings. Once the enemy fighters have been
dealt with, an equivalent of 2 1/2 TIE Fighter squadrons would attack the
Muurian Transports, while the remaining TIE Fighters and the TIE Bombers
come from behind and attack the Nebulon-B Frigate Shocker. The TIE
Fighters being used against the Frigate
Shocker are to help provide
cover for the TIE Bombers, who would torpedo the frigate until it was destroyed.
Once that is done, they would switch targets to the Frigate Electra.
Once the Muurian Transports have been destroyed, the remaining TIEs would
begin strafing runs on the Dreadnaught Punisher. As soon as the
TIE Bombers run out of proton torpedoes, they along with the TIE Fighter
escort would join in on the strafing on the Dreadnaught Punisher.
As soon as the TIE Bombers have run out of proton torpedoes, the Dreadnaught
Cobra
would turn around and move to engage the Nebulon-B Frigate
Electra
to help keep its guns off of the TIEs. The Interdictor Restrictor
and the Escort Carrier Hawkeye would engage the Dreadnaught Punisher
to help destroy it. Any spare guns of the Imperial capital ships would
be used against the Dreadnaught Freedom. Once the Dreadnaught Punisher's
shields drop, the TIEs would move in to destroy its engines. Once that
is done, they would begin strafing of the Dreadnaught Freedom. By
this time the Frigate Electra should be destroyed. With that the
Dreadnaught Cobra would engage the Dreadnaught Freedom. Should
the hulls of the Dreadnaught Cobra, Interdictor Restrictor
or Escort Carrier Hawkeye get to 30% they would withdraw to the
perimeter of the battle. Once the shields of the Dreadnaught Freedom
collapse, the TIEs would destroy its engines. The TIEs would then continue
staffing the Dreadnaught Freedom. It would not be long after when
both Dreadnaughts are destroyed. The Interdictor Restrictor would
be the warship that would hunt down and capture the 2 BFF-1 Bulk Freighters
if the battle permitted it, if not, the freighters would be destroyed. |
