Order Hammer Squadron to allow Green and Red Squadrons
to come to it. This will allow the VSDII Touch of Death fire a barrage
of fire which will help keep the X-Wings off balance and possibly score
lucky hits. Throughout the entire battle, the VSDII Touch of Death
would lend any fire support to Hammer Squadron when possible, again to
help keep the X-Wings off balance. The VSDII Touch of Death will
hold its position to ensure that the Rebel force will not be able escape
out of the area. Anvil Squadron will hook right going through grids E2,
E3 and D4 to attack and quickly destroy the Rebel Stormtrooper Transports
using proton torpedoes. After which they would then make a bombing run
towards the Cargo Ferries. Their orders are not to destroy them, rather
to bring down their shields. Anvil Squadron would take on the T-Wings to
help prevent them from joining the battle against Hammer Squadron. Anvil
Squadron would do all it can to thin the ranks of the T-Wings, while at
the same time keeping them occupied. Hammer Squadron would do all it can
to keep the Rebel fighters away from the VSDII. This would allow the launching
of both ATRs. The ATRs would loop around to disable the Cargo Ferries one
by one. When attacking the ATRs would attack from the aft of the Cargo
Ferries and thus using them as shields against any possible incoming fire
from the MC40a Shadowstrike. Once the MC40a Shadowstrike
comes into range, the VSDII Touch of Death would use all available
weapons against the Rebel vessel and would hold it in place with its tractor
beams. Once the Cargo Ferries are disabled, the ATRs would make their way
towards the Anvil Squadron and lend them some fire support. Once the T-Wings
have been taken out, Anvil Squadron would let off the remainder of the
proton torpedo load at the MC40a to quickly destroy it. With that they
would move in to assist Hammer Squadron while the ATRs capture the Cargo
Ferries. Also with the MC40a destroyed, the VSDII would be able to lend
more guns against the X-Wings. It would not long after until the remaining
enemy fighters would be destroyed. |
