The X7 Factory Station is
typically employed to manufacture high value goods such as biotech products
or specialized crystals. However for example, the X7 has been employed
by Sienar Fleet Systems to produce the TIE Advanced [After Hoth Version]
and the TIE Defender. Other organizations such as the Rebel Alliance,
pirates such as those led by Ali Tarrak and the Airam also have exploited
the X7 to meet their needs. This design featured four cargo holds and
it was a standard modular design for manufacturing installations in deep
space.
