The Rebels learned that a massive nuclear warhead was being carried by the BFF-1 Freighter Gafra, for purposes unknown. The Rebels intercepted some transmissions and decoded part of them and learned that the device was scheduled to be loaded onto the freighter at the Celanon space port. The Rebels did not conduct the raid then, since the space port is too busy and too well defended. However they also learned that the freighter was bound to one of the deep space transfer zones that the Empire had been using for the past couple of weeks. While the freighter was on its way to deliver its cargo a Rebel attack force was able to damage the freighter leaving it stranded. The freighter had a mine field deployed around it. Red 1 was sent in to clear the mines to allow the freighter be captured. The Cygnus Spaceworks engineers that were captured by the Rebels were "convinced" to modify a Rebel Lambda Shuttle. The modification would allow it to pass as an Imperial one, so that the ISD Invincible would take in the shuttle with the nuclear warhead, so the ISD could be destroyed.

    Farlander hypered into the area and cleared the mine field. After which he switched to ion cannons and disabled the Imperial freighter. Soon after the Gafra was disabled, the Rebel Lambda Shuttle Herald hypered into the area. As soon as the Imperial freighter was captured, the Rebel shuttle hypered out. At the same time, Imperial reinforcements arrived. The Imperial shuttles were going after the Rebel Y-Wing, but the Imperial transports were going after the captured freighter. Farlander evaded the shuttles and went after the transports. While being pursued by the shuttles, Farlander used his proton torpedoes to destroy the transports. With the Stormtrooper Transports gone, Farlander turned his attention on the Imperial shuttles. During the fighting between Farlander and the shuttles the captured freighter escaped into hyperspace. And soon after Farlander was able to destroy the Imperial shuttles.
