The Rebels planned to assault
a group of shuttles that were making their way to the Imperial Nebulon-B
Frigate Vehemence in an attempt to capture Moff Tarkin. However
what they did not realize was that he had narrowly left the area before
the Rebels arrived. Red Squadron hypered into the area and engaged the
TIE escorts while Red 3 identified the officer's shuttle and disabled it.
Once the shuttle was identified, Blue Squadron and the Rebel Lambda Shuttle
Hasti hypered into the area to capture those on board the officer's
shuttle. It turned out to be Moff Tarkin's aid, Ackbar instead of Moff
Tarkin when the Rebels boarded the officer's shuttle. With the persons
on board the shuttle captured, the Rebels hypered out of the area with
an enormous asset to the Rebellion's future.
