The Imperial Nebulon-B Frigate Laantis was going to install a new hyperdrive system and was waiting for the freighter with the hyperdrive. A standard patrol of starfighters was deployed to maintain watch during the operation. However, the Rebels knew that this Imperial frigate would be vulnerable to attack, so an attack by them was expected. The Bulk Freighter Rasvin arrived moments after the start of the mission. Shortly after the start of the mission, the Rebels arrived with a full force of their starfighters. After the A-Wings were destroyed, Rebel shuttles appeared and attacked the TIE Advanced. The Rebel Stormtrooper Transports appeared after the B-Wings had been destroyed.
The Corvette Glaser
arrived some moments before the Rebel transports arrived. Some moments
after the Rebel transports arrived, the Corvette Chiller arrived.
And some moments after that 2 non Rebel Y-Wings hypered into the area.
Those Y-Wings attacked the Corvette Chiller with their proton torpedoes.
After that those Y-Wings turned their sights on Imperial vessels. In response
to the arrival of the corvettes, 3 TIE Bombers were launched. The TIE Bombers
destroyed the corvettes. During the fighting, the Bulk Freighter Rasvin
was making its way towards the Imperial Nebulon-B Frigate Laantis.
After all of the Rebels and hostile craft were destroyed, the freighter
was finally able docked with Nebulon-B Frigate and transfer over the hyperdrive
system.
