Imperial Intelligence learned that in retaliation for the attack on the Nharwaak base, the Nharwaak planned a reprisal raid the Habeen Technology Research Centre. The Habeen requested for Imperial assistance, their only defence was two old Corellian Corvettes that recently off loaded cargo. The Empire sent the Modified Corvette Phoenix to intercept the Nharwaak attackers. A transport and shuttles were being rushed to the area to evacuate the base personnel. When Modified Corvette Phoenix arrived, the Nharwaak were already making an attack run on the on Habeen facility. When the TIE Bombers were launched the Nharwaak Y-Wings had already launched their first wave of proton torpedoes at their targets. Stele was able to destroy two of the torpedoes. With that, Stele ordered his wingmen to attack the Y-Wings. And so, Stele attacked another Y-Wing with two concussion missiles. Stele finished it off with his laser cannons. Stele fired four concussion missiles at another Y-wing and then went after another.

    The Nharwaak Y-Wings were ignoring the TIE Bombers. During the fighting, the Transport Runner and the two Imperial shuttles arrived to evacuate the Habeen Facility. The transport picked up the tech, while the Imperial Shuttles Doyle and Sgidek picked up parts. Once the Nharwaak threat was eliminated, the Modified Corvette Phoenix hypered out of the area and some moments later the Nebulon-B2 Frigate Shamus hypered in. Stele learned after the battle, that Cadet Xeal had lost his ship, but he was unsure if that pilot survived. With the efforts of the Imperial Navy, the Habeen were able to evacuate their research team and vital equipment. Also with the Imperial Navy's action, it had gone a long way in finalizing the deal between the Habeen and the Galactic Empire for the hyperdrive technology.
