With the Imperial Nebulon-B Frigate Priam defenceless, Rebel General Dodonna ordered Rebel Special Forces Command to capture the frigate. A-Wing Red was sent to destroy the space mines and to provide cover for Gold Squadron, who were to disable the Imperial frigate. Farlander dropped out of hyperspace less than 4 km away from the Imperial Frigate Priam. When Farlander hypered into the area he detected 3 TIE Fighters being launched by the Imperial frigate. Farlander decided to engage the TIE Fighters first. The closest one, Alpha 2 who was making a head-on attack on the 6 Y-Wings approaching the Imperial frigate, so Farlander edged out ot the right and made a flank attack against the TIEs. However Farlander's maneuver was not successful and the TIE Fighters had turned to follow the Y-Wings. Farlander was able to get behind Alpha 2 and destroy him. He unfortunately was able to destroy the remaining two TIE Fighters in short order. With that Farlander proceeded to clear the space mines.

    Gold Squadron proceeded to fire their ion cannons at the Imperial frigate and they ignored both its return fire and the minefield. Just before Farlander destroyed the last space mine he saw that a TIE Bomber had been launched. As soon as he destroyed the space mine and targeted the TIE Bomber. His first concussion missile he fired at it missed, however the second one that Farlander fired did not. With the destruction of TIE Bomber another was launched and Farlander destroyed it with a concussion missile. During this Farlander had taken a few hits from the Imperial frigate due to his close proximity to it. He then put some distance between him and the Imperial frigate and fired his remaining concussion missiles at the Imperial frigate. So far two Y-Wings had been detroyed by the frigate's gunnery crews.

    With his missiles gone, Farlander disengaged to recharge his shields and lasers. Once charged Farlander made another attack run on the frigate. By this time the Nebulon-B Frigate Priam's shields were failing. It wasn't long after that the shields collapsed and the Imperial frigate was disabled in the barrage of ion cannon fire. The second wave of Y-Wings arrived as the remainders of the first returned to base. With the Imperial frigate disabled, they hypered out of the area. As soon as the frigate was disabled the Rebel Stormtrooper Transports carrying the Rebel commandos arrived to capture the Imperial vessel. Once the Rebel commandos had subdued the crew, the captain turned traitor and surrendered the vessel over to the Rebels. With the frigate now in Rebel hands, the rest of the Rebels boarded the ship. During this Farlander patrolled the area. Once the frigate had safely made the jump into hyperspace, Farlander soon followed. Due to Farlander's efforts, the Rebels expected losses were far less.
