The Empire's deep space platform was the latest target in the Rebels' hit and fade attacks. The Rebels came out of hyperspace, Red Squadron headed towards the TIE opposition that was launched from the platform, while the Y-Wings made headed towards the platform. It was not long after the battle was joined. While the X-Wings were keeping the TIEs busy, the Y-Wings headed towards the platform to destroy it. Some time into the battle, the Imperial Strike Cruiser Huntsman arrived to reinforce the Imperial position at the platform. Unfortunately the Rebels were able to disable the cruiser a short time later and the battle raged on. The platform was able to destroy a good sum of fighters by itself, when the Rebels made their proton torpedoes attacks and strafing runs. Near the mid point of the battle, more Imperial reinforcements arrived, they were Assault Gunboats. Nearing the end of the battle, Rebel reinforcements arrived, they were Blue Squadron. Blue Squadron engaged the remaining Imperial starfighters in the area. Just before the platform's destruction, three Lambda Shuttles were launched. The Rebels inspected them before they destroyed them. Moments later the platform was destroyed. With the platform destroyed and all Imperial starfighter opposition eliminated with it, the Rebels hypered out of the area, leaving the Strike Cruiser Huntsman disabled, but intact.
